Growing up, I've always been particular about packing whenever my family and I travel. You can say it was a series of trials and errors, misses, and hits in doing such a task. Through experience and some online and onsite research, I found out the musts and should be of packing that work for me. Here are tips to help you with your packing struggles.

TRAVEL PACKING ESSENTIALS

1. For organizing packed clothes.

Buy this in all sizes. They're really helpful in keeping your clothes less creased and from spilling all over the insides of your bag. It can fit your luggage, duffle bag, and/or backpack. Got these from Muji*

2. For packing dirty clothes and shoes.

Try to reduce the use of plastic bags to help our environment. I use a mesh bag for my dry dirty clothes and a smaller mesh bag for my shoes. Wet clothes go in a medium-sized plastic bag. Got these from Beabi*

3. For toiletries essentials.

Have only the essentials (e.g: shampoo, soap, toothpaste, toothbrush, floss, hairbrush or thin comb, face wash, lotion) fit inside your kit. I usually just get some of these from the hotel freebies but if you want to bring your own DO place them in small PET bottles. You can buy the kit and bottles in Muji or Beabi*

*Extra tip

For insurance, in case you incur any excess baggage due to shopping, you can always place them inside your extra carry-on bag.

PACKING LIGHT & EFFICIENTLY.

The foundation of what you should pack depends on the itinerary and the weather during your travel. Creating a checklist will keep you on track of the necessary things you should be preparing and bringing. This will also keep everything organized.
